Here is a typical example of a Game Entertainment project where I was responsible for animating and then versioning out for all of our stadium boards. Normally, the process would involve receiving some pre-made asset, in this case the logo from our Design and Marketing departments, and then building out a series of videos and animations that fit different formats.
And here you can see into my thought process. The Ring of Honor logo was made by our Design team and from that I needed to find a way to animate it. There's only really two elements here so I thought to deconstruct them first into their individual components, the Ring and the Shield, and then play with that as a source for a looping pattern. The Ring sliding into the Shield would then go on to be used as the intro to the Ring of Honor sequence as well as an end card for our Video department.
